There is a place, and this is my prayer,
That all who read this can join me there.

Where every house has a horse and some dogs,
A 12 acre pond stocked with fish, ducks, and frogs.

Set in wooded hills with meadows of flowers,
Contrasted by streams and the mountain's high towers.

With rugged trails over vast expanses,
On my trusty old horse, I’ll take my chances.

Where your neighbors are honest and don’t care for fences,
And burglar alarms are foolish expenses.

Where you know the lawman, the grocer, and doctor as friends.
You can always depend on them, it’s not just a trend.

Where you and your children were taught in school,
To live your life by the Golden Rule.

The Ten Commandments are kept in tact,
And the King James Bible is taken as fact.

Where is this place? In which town, which state?
Where neighbors live by love, not hate?

For now it may be a state of heart and mind,
But it is for real as someday you’ll find.

But first you must find Jesus as Savior and friend,
Then your soul from Satan he’ll defend.

Your name will be written in the Lambs Book of Life,
No matter what you’ve been through in hard times or strife.

Your home in Heaven is now guaranteed,
At the table of God you shall feed.

A mansion or palace could be your new home,
All the desires of your heart, even beyond which you’ve known.

And just meeting Jesus would be reward enough,
When he says “Well done my servant,
You held strong, you held tough.”

Then rejoining your loved ones, Oh what joy,
And that old dog you had, what a good boy.

There’s that horse that turned out so good,
After he dumped you once, as you knew he would.

All this and more is yours for the asking,
But don’t wait too long, the time is passing.

Though some folks yet don’t understand,
Please hear me out, God has a plan.

He sent Jesus, the heir to His throne,
To lead you to your new heavenly home.

Ask Him now in your heart to come in,
Then know for certain he cleansed you from sin.

The joys of heaven will be yours forever.
Now tell someone else.

It’s now or never!
