COWARDS and FOOLS
Senate Majority 'Looser' Bill Frist has joined will the Republican majority of cowards in failing to challenge, or even question, our federal and state fascist judges who ordered the starvation death of Terri Schiavo, and otherwise have defied the U.S. House, Senate, and our President.
In an April 5, 2005 news story, Newsmax.com brought to light the following revelation by Frist:
{Frist, R-Tenn., declined to join with conservatives who have complained about the federal court system in relation to the Schiavo case. "I believe we have a fair and independent judiciary today," he said.}
These same cowards are also afraid to take on these Judges and their Democrat allies in the proposed legislation to break the filibusters that have greatly hindered our President from any success in the appointment of new federal judges, who may still hold fast to the precepts of the U.S. Constitution.
The Dems always complain that in any election where their candidates lose is corrupted or rigged. But I say the whole political/governmental system is CORRUPT! It don't make a bit of difference who gets elected anymore because the government and society appears to move farther to the left every day.
There should be a public outcry over our Supreme Court and lower court judges who now use FOREIGN LAW to base their decisions on more often now than basing their findings upon the U.S. Constitution!
And what ever happened to MAJORITY RULE? We are now governed by an out-of-control judicial system and leftist legislature that will let any minority or foreign lobby group over-ride any remaining spark of common-sense Constitutional representation of "We The People!".
Our votes are ignored. Our phone calls are ignored. Our letters are merely answered with rubber-stamped form letters. What course of action do we have left?
I can think of several choices offhand, but they are not all legal, and not in keeping with my Christian faith. So, I will lay the burden of finding a better solution upon you this time.
But now that the shift to communism is so obvious, where is the backlash? You and I talk about it, many talk shows and web sites talk about it, but the average man, woman, or child on the street either knows nothing about it, or their brain washing from public school and our liberal universities has wiped their minds clean. They falsely observe that our current judicial/legislative situation is just as it has always been.
In a similar aspect, they keep taking polls that say that something must be done to bring the educational level of American students up to that of other countries. They (the leftist educators) always ask for more money. Well... the reason our students cannot compete with those of other world powers in math and science is definitely NOT for a lack of money. The problem lies in that most of their time in public school is spent learning touchy-feely social studies so they are prepared to live in a world of political correctness. But they are little prepared to live and work in the real world. They can quote Martin Luther King and Lenin, but they can't do long division or define the laws of science. And with outcome-based education, the teachers grade them high for their effort, even if their answer is WRONG! Do we want these kids to be our future airline pilots and doctors??? I guess that's one reason why the Yellow Pages of my phone book is so full of foreign doctors now. Even if our kids had the desire, most could not make the grade in flight school or med-school.
Why do I seem to be the only one who is outraged? I must have been absent that day when everyone else drank the pacifier Kool-Aid.
