The June 24, 2005 ruling by the Supreme Court on Home Seizure, illustrates once again to what extent our government and our courts have distanced themselves from the original United States Constitution. Our loss of Liberty and the infringement of our Rights as detailed in that sacred document amounts to all-out TREASON!
Yes. It is treason, for sure. But how often in our modern times, has our federal courts and the U.S. House and Senate upheld the U.S. Constitution, which they were sworn to uphold? Not very often, as I recall.
"We The People" have been betrayed by our government. There has been a revolution in the U.S., but a revolution in REVERSE. It has been the GOVERNMENT, not the people, that has revolted and forced an actual reverse of power. The POWER that had been granted to us as citizens of the United States when our nation was founded, has been slowly and meticulously stolen right from under our noses.
But what a bunch of wimps and fools "We The People" have become to have allowed this. We ALL saw this coming. Just about every icon and symbol of the Christian and Jewish faith has been stripped away from our government and public buildings. But the outcry has been weak and muted. But let the Koran be "mishandled," (or misspelled) and all hell breaks loose from the Muslim population.
We have sat quietly by, in the hope that the situation would right itself, and that by some miracle, the just and righteous laws of our land would be restored to that nearly perfect state of balance we could depend upon in those days long ago. Can you remember way back when... when we were judged under civil and criminal laws based upon the “Ten Commandments” and our traditional Constitutional law? That was when a crime against a person or his property was most efficiently judged by our existing laws. That was before the judges in our highest courts boasted of measuring out their rulings based on FOREIGN LAW.
Back then there were no “Hate-Crime” laws or “Affirmative Action” laws because all crimes and misdemeanors that could be perpetrated against our citizens were already covered by our Constitutional and civil laws. Now, so many new crimes have been invented through the creation of an over-abundance of socialist laws, that now the most honest citizen could be found guilty of one or more of these new touchy-feely laws. I mean, you could now be jailed for merely speaking the truth, if that truth dares to hurt someone’s feelings! Unless, of course, you want to defile the Holy Bible or utter disparaging remarks against a Christian or Jew.
Many true patriots from Texas and other western states saw this coming almost two decades ago, and tried to put together a small coalition of conservative self-governed states to more-or-less sidestep our leftist tyrannical federal government, and secede from the U.S., if necessary. But it never quite got off the ground. Partly because they started talking about it prematurely... that is to say, before they actually had an inner corps of responsible leaders to gain the level of public confidence needed to pull it off.
A new confederacy would not tolerate all this nonsense from the socialists, gays, atheists, and Muslims. Tough talk, you say. Maybe so. But these are tough times in the state of our union. There is word now coming out of some very reliable bi-partisan think tanks that indicates the most treasonous and destructive blueprint against our U.S. Constitution may soon be announced from Washington.. As you have already been made aware of, the current White House administration has completely ignored our concerns related to our borders, which have remained completely undefended, even after the devastating 9-11 terrorist attack. The flood of criminal immigrants has never been contained, or has there been any attempt made to curb the spread of this cancerous population infestation. But now we may soon have the answer as to why any sworn leader of this once mighty nation would allow such an illegal population infusion to flow unobstructed across our borders. But you are not going to like the answer. No. Not at all!
So. If you think the borders are wide open now, you have another think coming!
The game plan calls for the elimination of our Canadian border on the north, and the Mexican border on the south. A new North American Continental Region will be created, which will meld all of Canada, Mexico, and what is left of the United States into one so-called “Western Bloc.” The new borders, which may or may not be enforced, will reside at the northern territorial limit of what is now Canada, and the new southern border will be placed between what is now Mexico and Central America. The designers of this sinister plan will attempt to justify its enactment by claiming that it is a necessary military/economic counter measure against the ever-growing Asian Bloc, and the European Union (EU), which incidentally, has apparently disintegrated before it ever became a major power.
This radical new agenda is to be completed on or before the year 2010... only five years from now!
Here are two little hints as to what is going on:

Some very interesting dialogue took place at the June 27 meeting at Ottawa, Canada. But you will note that in the second of the above two news articles is the most condemning as it reads:
"...regional integration and cooperation will be necessary to ensure that North America remains competitive in the global economy."
Note how the two catch-words, "REGIONAL" and "GLOBAL" are eased into the text. And, we must ask ourselves, to what extent have we been committed to "REGIONAL INTEGRATION?" What laws of privacy, human rights, and property rights have we unknowingly surrendered?
We must also remember that all these agreements and treaties were decided upon WITHOUT the due process of law through our U.S. House and Senate! "We The People" have had no representation or input in these matters of state! Our losses of Freedom and our Constitutional Rights to date are severe enough, but it is almost incomprehensible to think of what tyranny would befall us after our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are completely abolished as we are forced into a new Global/Regional government. There will no longer be any "states" comprising our once free nation. All individual states will be replaced by a grid of local "regions," which will all bow to the power of the larger continental regions. All of which will be controlled by one central WORLD GOVERNMENT!
In other words, no states means NO STATES RIGHTS!
We can expect to kiss all our PERSONAL RIGHTS goodby, as well!
Now, will “We The People” have a good enough reason to wake up and confront our leaders? Will we even have the courage to do so?
I seriously doubt it, but I can dream, can't I?
