Durwin Burtz is a former EMT, so
he has first hand experience with the medical side of drug and alcohol
abuse. As Chaplain of the Massillon, Ohio, Fraternal Order of Police,
and through individual and family counseling over the years, he has seen
both the legal and emotional heartaches that come from their excessive
use.
